The Next Tuesday Podcast

Aug 1, 2017

Meet Lydia "Nitya" Griffith who explains to us how her life and career have been one 'big intuitive ride.' This boss lady began her string of businesses nested under Karma Chameleon, LLC with an online Buddhist new age shop circa 1999 (did you know there were online businesses at the beginning of the internet?) and has steadily found herself on her journey to develop a trademarked kids yoga program. We get real this week as we combine spiritual talk (Lydia is a yogi, Chinese astrologer and Feng Shui consultant) with practical life events like time-management and scheduling practices (and the importance of naps and doing nothing), being the jack of all trades for your biz, filing for bankruptcy at the peak of the recession (yup - that happened), and how to hold yourself accountable as your own boss.  Lydia authentically shares what it's like to be a, "singed chicken coming out of a bonfire," as well how to radiate joy, passion and love for all that you do no matter what. We hear her resilience and we're inspired as she talks about how she's evolving her business and where she is headed in the next 10 years. Other highlights: building your legacy, the Cloud, speed bumps v. potholes, feng shui cures, me-time, and sentences as life metaphors.

Also in this episode, Care + Suz introduce their first SYNCHRONISTIC volunteer: Katy Lovin Jones! We are moving our eps to YouTube slowly, but surely, and Katy is helping us out by transcribing our episodes so they're also on our BLOG ((live by the end of the week))!  You don't want to miss our convo about foxes lovin rice and rice lovin foxes - why not?! AND, why we need to constantly question what we're doing to learn about who we are. As always, thank you for your support, love, feedback and reviews. We appreciate you!
