What happens when “good enough” isn’t going to work anymore? We go there with Sandi Cauley, the Founder and HBIC of TURN RVA a dance and fitness boutique in the heart of Richmond, VA. Sandi, an Emmy award winning news producer in a previous life lets us in on what it feels like to be spinning plates and how she’s learned to fill her tank to create a life she not only loves, but one where she is fully present.

We kick off season 2 considering what it means to live our best lives, allowing our definition to ebb and flow with each season of life.  We ask ourselves questions like, can our happy place – like a kickass dance class for Sandi - become our primary means to provide stability financially? Also, do we look at the various plates that we’re spinning and components of life we’re outsourcing like who’s picking up our kids, cleaning the house, where our food is coming from… And when we do, then what?  We talk about the space between the potential for and the launch of a business and what saying “YES” to making the dream a reality looks like.  While Sandi’s insight to her journey allows us to stop and think, she also shares the practical steps she took to successfully build her biz in Scott’s Addition before it became the place to be in Richmond.
